Jason Raznick, CEO and Founder of Benzinga

Jason Raznick, CEO and founder of the financial news outlet Benzinga joins the Green Rush team in the booth today! In addition to talking about the smashing success that was the Benzinga Cannabis Capital Conference last week, Jason shares his thinking behind his financial news outlets decision to go all in on covering cannabis and what he’s done to build out an impressive team of journalists to cover the space. Also in this week’s conversation, Jason touches on his successes and failures running a media company in the digital age, the trends he’s seeing in how people consume media and what interests him most about the future of the cannabis industry.

To kick off the episode this week, we have friend of the podcast and one of the top financial reporters covering the cannabis space, Bill Peters of Investor’s Business Daily providing us with his take on the story we all should be paying attention to. If you’re not already reading Bill’s daily columns on the cannabis markets, you are missing out!
