Aaron Silverstein, Managing Director of BevZero, is this week’s guest on The Green Rush! BevZero’s mission is to create high-quality non-alcoholic product options for consumers in North America. Their primary focus is cannabis and hemp-infused de-alcoholized beverages. BevZero enables companies to produce and bottle cannabis-infused non-alcoholic wines and other adult beverages without having to navigate the complexity of managing U.S. federal alcohol compliance concurrently with state-licensed cannabis operation.

Aaron Sliverstein graduated from Cornell University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Enology and Viticulture. Over the last ten years he has worked in production roles at wineries in the United States and Spain, and at breweries and distilleries in the United States. In 2017, he joined Advanced Beverage Technologies’ ConeTech team as a Production Enologist, and now holds the position of Managing Directory, BevZero.
